Our Story
Hogan & Co Construction is a small building and project management company that is based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
We specialise in home extensions, building renovations, loft conversions and new builds, for private clients.
Our projects are usually individually tailored schemes that sympathetically enhance and enlarge an existing dwelling. With over 30 years industry experience ranging from commercial/ public sector to high end residential, new build projects and listed building work we are confident our team will have the knowledge available to assist your project.

Main contractor
Carrying out building works to clients own Architects and structural engineers specification, to a range of projects including Loft Conversions, Extensions, New Build and Basements.
Design & build
Feasibility and initial consultation, engaging an Architect and other design professionals as necessary to obtain planning and all other regulatory permissions.
Through the construction phase, managing the build process, liaising and compliance with building regulations.
Project management
Project management for a set weekly fee to act as your project manager and consultant throughout the construction process.
Using over 30 years industry experience in Building surveying and project management to assist in larger self build projects.
